Luxury Homes Worth ₹450 Crore Sold in Bengaluru by Century Real Estate
Real Estate:Century Real Estate, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has sold luxury homes worth ₹450 crore during the pre-launch of phase 1 of its residential project, Codename Built Rare, in the city's Indiranagar area.

The project, spread over 8.5 acres, will be developed in two phases and has a total revenue potential of ₹2,200 crore. It will comprise 347 high-end residences, making it a coveted address for the city's elite.

According to Maninder Chhabra, Director- Sales, Marketing and CRM, Century Real Estate, the company is thrilled to welcome the profile of buyers who have bought into the project thus far. He added that the community of residents will be a constellation of the stars of Bengaluru's elite from the corporate and business world.

The construction work for phase 1 of the project is ongoing in full swing, with a mix of global and homegrown players such as CPG Corporation, Zachariah Consultants, and BL Kashyap & Sons working on the project.

Ravindra Pai, Managing Director of Century Real Estate, attributed the project's success to the company's commitment to innovation, design excellence, and partnerships. He added that the company is redefining luxury living in Bengaluru.
