The project will feature around 200 luxurious housing units, with the first phase comprising 40 units available for sale. The apartments will range from 2,400 to 3,600 sq. ft. and will be priced between Rs 4.5 crore to Rs 5 crore and above. Construction work is scheduled to commence by September 2024, with possession expected to be handed over to buyers within the next four years.

Alpha Corp SKY1 is a joint development project, with the company having entered into an agreement with the landowners. The total development area for the first land parcel is 2.38 acres, while the second land parcel spans 2.36 acres, making it a sprawling half a million sq. ft. development.
