The apartment is located on the 54th floor of the Oberoi Three Sixty West project in Worli, Mumbai.
The project offers luxury residences, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and seven parking slots within the tower.
The project is developed by Oasis Realty, a joint venture between Skylark Buildcon and Moon Rays Realty.
