Tanya Arvind Dubash is the eldest daughter of Adi Godrej, the Chairman of Godrej Industries. She is a director in Shaula Real Estates Pvt Ltd, the firm that purchased the luxury duplex apartment in Mumbai.
Naman Xana is a luxury residential project located in Worli, Mumbai. It is an under-construction development spread over 0.64 acres and is scheduled for completion by 2027.
The duplex apartment was purchased for Rs 225.76 crore, making it a significant high-value deal in the Indian real estate market.
The duplex apartment has a carpet area of 9,214 square feet and a balcony of 1,227 square feet, with a total built-up area of 11,485 square feet.
The transaction was registered in May 2025, according to property registration documents.
