M3M India Sees 37% Surge in Real Estate Sales in Q1, FY25
Real Estate:M3M India, a leading real estate developer, has reported a remarkable 37% increase in sales bookings for the quarter ending June 2024. The company's sales bookings stood at Rs 3,911 crore, up from Rs 2,854 crore in the same period last year.

The company's strong performance can be attributed to the robust demand for residential and commercial properties. Out of the total sales bookings, Rs 2,972 crore pertained to the housing segment, while Rs 940 crore was contributed by commercial properties.

M3M India's projects in Gurugram, Noida, and Panipat have been major contributors to the company's success. The company's sales bookings in Gurugram stood at Rs 2,415 crore, while Noida projects contributed Rs 402 crore. Sales of residential plots at Panipat in Haryana were Rs 1,094 crore.
