M3M India's Real Estate Projects Generate Over 1 Lakh Jobs in North India
Real Estate:One of India’s largest non-listed developers, M3M India, has reported generating more than 1 lakh jobs through its completed and ongoing projects across the country, according to an official statement. The company has completed 36 projects and is currently executing 15 more, covering over 30 million square feet of built infrastructure. Each development is estimated to support around 5,000 jobs, including roles in construction, engineering, logistics, services, and post-completion operations. These roles span both formal and informal employment segments, particularly in urban regions such as Gurugram and Noida.

M3M India also highlighted its contributions to indirect job creation across allied sectors, including cement, glass, design, logistics, and legal services. According to the company, this employment impact extends into the post-construction phase, with roles emerging in retail, hospitality, warehousing, and related industries. This comprehensive approach to job creation underscores M3M's commitment to fostering economic growth in the regions where it operates.

The company's skilling initiative, iMpower Academy for Skills, run by the M3M Foundation under the “Kaushal Sambal” programme, aims to train 10,000 individuals over three years. Training areas include digital marketing, electrical fitting, plumbing, and entrepreneurial finance. The programme includes live apprenticeships on active project sites, providing practical experience and hands-on learning opportunities for participants.

M3M has significantly expanded its real estate development presence in North India, starting from Gurugram and branching out to Noida and Panipat, establishing itself as a leading developer in these high-growth corridors. In addition, M3M has three projects underway in Noida with a cumulative investment of approximately ₹9,000 crore. These projects, as per company projections, have a combined sales potential of ₹12,500 crore and are expected to generate around 15,000 jobs across construction and allied sectors.

According to the Knight Frank–NAREDCO 2023 report, employment across infrastructure-adjacent sectors stood at 70 million and is projected to reach 100 million by 2030. M3M cited this data to position its employment generation within the broader infrastructure development context. Analysts have noted that private sector participation in infrastructure projects could play a role in supporting employment growth, especially in the context of government programmes like PM Gati Shakti. M3M stated that its focus remains on large-scale project execution and capital deployment.

Through its extensive projects and skilling initiatives, M3M India is not only contributing to the real estate landscape but also playing a crucial role in job creation and economic development in North India.
