The company stated, 'We achieved our best ever quarter pre-sales of Rs 45.1 billion (Rs 4,510 crore), showing 32 per cent year-on-year growth.'

For the first nine months of the current fiscal year, the company has recorded a 25 per cent growth in sales bookings, amounting to Rs 12,820 crore, compared to Rs 10,300 crore in the same period of the previous year.

Macrotech Developers has a proven track record of delivering high-quality real estate projects.
To date, the company has successfully completed around 100 million square feet of development and is currently working on a portfolio that exceeds 110 million square feet.
