The company, which markets its properties under the Lodha brand, has also reported a 12% increase in collections from customers, reaching Rs 2,690 crore in April-June 2024, compared to Rs 2,400 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Macrotech Developers has achieved a record sale booking of Rs 14,520 crore during 2023-24, marking a 20% growth compared to Rs 12,060 crore in the previous year. The company has set a guidance of achieving 21% annual growth in sale bookings this fiscal year, targeting Rs 17,500 crore.
