The Madhya Pradesh Growth Conclave is a major event aimed at promoting urban development and attracting investments in key sectors such as real estate, hotel industry, and infrastructure. It is set to take place in Indore on July 11.
Over 1,500 participants from key sectors such as real estate, hotel industry, tourism, infrastructure, and urban development will participate, including prominent investors and industry leaders.
Key areas for development and investment include urban transport, affordable housing, water supply, sewage management, lake conservation, clean energy, green buildings, and digital governance.
Projects worth ₹21,000 crore are underway for urban transport, and ₹2,800 crore has been allocated for clean environment initiatives. Additionally, over 8.32 lakh affordable houses have been built, and 10 lakh new houses are being constructed.
Madhya Pradesh has 6,000+ km of urban roads, 80% piped water coverage, 100% sewerage system in urban areas, 23 public services available on digital platforms, and 17,230 ongoing urban schemes related to basic facilities.
