Maha-Metro plans to lease small and large property business spaces at select stations on a long-term basis.
There are 38 small and 24 large property business spaces available at 23 metro stations.
Permitted businesses include departmental stores, discount stores, daily needs shops, retail and general stores, restaurants, and fast food stalls, among others.
The lease period is nine years.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled to provide clarification on the tender floated by Maha-Metro on September 1.
