Eknath Shinde was rushed to Thane's Jupiter Hospital due to fever, throat infection, and weakness that has persisted since his return from Delhi.
Despite being on saline for the past 2-3 days, Shinde is not feeling well and will undergo a CT scan and other tests to determine the cause of his health issues.
Meetings scheduled for today at Shinde's official residence, Varsha, include a review of the preparations for the swearing-in ceremony on December 5 and the Mahaparinirvan din on December 6. However, these meetings might be postponed or conducted via video conferencing.
