Real Estate Maharashtra:The Maharashtra Cabinet has taken a significant step towards the upliftment of the economically weaker sections of the Brahmin and Rajput communities. In a recent meeting, the cabinet decided to constitute two dedicated corporations for these groups, allocating Rs 50 crore to each of them.

The 'Parashuram Economic Development Corporation' will cater to the needs of the Brahmin community, while the 'Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap Economic Development Corporation' will focus on the Rajput community. This move aims to address the challenges faced by these groups and provide them with the necessary support for their economic development.

In addition to this, the cabinet also took several other key decisions. The Lohgaon Airport will be renamed as 'Jagadguru Sant Tukaram Maharaj International Airport, Pune', and three Kunbi sub-castes will be included in the Other Backward Classes list. Furthermore, a District and Additional Sessions Court will be established at Junnar.

The cabinet also approved a double increase in the remuneration of sarpanch and deputy sarpanch in the state. A new complex of the Bombay High Court will be constructed at Bandra, and 14 ITI institutes in the state will be renamed. The Law Universities at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Nagpur will receive Rs seven crores. Improvements in the decision to direct recruitment of top-quality players and Senior Pay Scale to Water Resources Employees were also approved.
