Deemed conveyance is the legal transfer of land ownership from developers to cooperative housing societies, enabling them to undertake redevelopment, repairs, or loan applications.
The PRATYAY MahaBhumi portal is a digital platform developed by the Maharashtra government to enable housing societies to apply for deemed conveyance online, streamlining the process and reducing the need for physical visits.
Over 70,000 housing societies across Maharashtra that are eligible but have yet to secure deemed conveyance can benefit from the PRATYAY MahaBhumi portal.
