In Pune, three men, aged between 18 and 25 years, were electrocuted near Z Bridge on the Mutha River around 3 am due to the rise in water level. District collector and District Disaster Management Authority chairman Suhas Diwase has declared a holiday for schools in Pune city and rural areas.
