The new certificates will include the total built-up area of the project, names and number of buildings and wings, total number of habitable floors, count of residential and non-residential units, details from the Commencement Certificate, and the number of parking slots available.

MahaRERA has made it mandatory for all project advertisements to include a QR code containing key information. When scanned, this code provides quick access to the project’s registration details, making it easier for potential buyers to verify claims made in property ads.
