The total area of land owned by MSRTC that is being proposed for development is 1,360 hectares. This land is spread across 842 locations in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas.
The proposed projects include the construction of bus stations, depots, administrative offices, electric bus charging stations, rainwater harvesting systems, solar panel installations, and 100-bed modern hospitals at district centers.
CREDAI, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, is being invited to actively participate in the development of MSRTC's land. They are encouraged to submit suggestions and proposals for the initiative.
