MahaRERA clears 435 festive-season projects worth Rs 23,719 crore

MahaRERA has approved 435 housing projects during the festive season, with a total estimated investment of Rs 23,719 crore. The approvals are expected to boost residential supply across Maharashtra, particularly in Mumbai and its surrounding regions.

Along with fresh project clearances, the regulator has also granted deadline extensions to 210 projects and approved corrections for 609 existing projects. This is aimed at helping developers complete ongoing projects while ensuring homebuyers get clearer information on project status.
