The total number of MahaRERA certified real estate agents in Maharashtra now stands at 13,370. This includes the 4,165 from the latest batch, as well as candidates from the previous four exams.

MahaRERA has made it mandatory for new real estate agents, as well as those seeking renewal, to undergo training and get certified. This move aims to ensure that agents in the sector are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Approximately 47,000 agents are registered with MahaRERA in Maharashtra. However, registrations of 13,785 agents got cancelled due to non-renewal. Furthermore, over 20,000 agents who failed to meet the mandatory requirements of training and certification by December 31 had their registrations suspended by April-end.
