The new registration certificate will include the name, address, and registration number of the project and promoter, the total built-up area, the number and names of buildings and wings, the approved number of residential and non-residential floors, the total number of residential and commercial units, details from the Commencement Certificate, and the total number of parking slots for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and visitors.
The QR code will lead buyers directly to the official information page of the project on the MahaRERA website, providing quick and easy access to all key project details.
MahaRERA has mandated the use of standardized Agreement for Sale and Allotment Letter, required developers to specify the dimensions of parking slots, and ensured that all amenities are disclosed beforehand along with their expected dates of delivery.
Homebuyers can enter the project’s registration number on the MahaRERA website to access the link to the registration certificate, which will be shown on the first page. This makes it easier to verify all key project details without navigating through multiple sections.
MahaRERA is committed to protecting the financial investments of homebuyers by conducting legal, financial, and technical checks before granting registration numbers. By including all key details in the certificate, MahaRERA aims to help buyers make fully informed decisions.
