The new registration certificates will include detailed information such as the name, address, and registration number of the project and promoter, total built-up area, number of buildings and wings, approved floors, total number of units, details from the Commencement Certificate, and parking slots.
The new certificates will provide homebuyers with comprehensive and up-to-date information about the project, helping them make informed decisions and reducing the risk of fraud.
MahaRERA requires real estate advertisements to include a QR code along with the project registration number. Scanning this code will direct buyers to the official project information page on the MahaRERA website.
MahaRERA has mandated the use of standardized agreements, required developers to specify parking dimensions, and ensured the disclosure of amenities and their expected delivery dates.
Homebuyers can access the new registration certificates by entering the project’s registration number on the MahaRERA website, where the link to the certificate will be displayed on the first page.
