The new registration certificates will include detailed information such as the total built-up area, number of buildings and wings, approved floors, total number of units, details from the Commencement Certificate, and the number of parking slots.
MahaRERA will reflect any changes during the project’s lifecycle, such as extensions in deadlines, change of developer, announcement of a joint venture, or legal updates, in the revised registration certificate.
The QR code leads buyers directly to the official information page of the project on the MahaRERA website, providing quick and easy access to verified project details.
MahaRERA has mandated the use of standardized Agreement for Sale and Allotment Letter, required developers to specify parking slot dimensions, and ensured that all amenities are disclosed with their expected delivery dates.
Buyers can enter the project’s registration number on the MahaRERA website to access the link to the registration certificate, which will be displayed on the first page for easy verification.
