The new format of the MahaRERA registration certificate provides crucial information about the housing project in bullet points, including the project’s total built-up area, names of buildings and wings, total number of floors, and other essential details.
MahaRERA has introduced this new format to empower homebuyers by making essential project details easily accessible and to ensure transparency and accountability in the real estate sector.
The certificate’s annexure will include comprehensive details such as the project’s total built-up area, names and number of buildings, total number of habitable floors, total number of residential and non-residential units, Commencement Certificate, and total number of parking spaces.
Any amendments or updates to the project, such as seeking deadline revision or transferring the project to another company, will be reflected in the revised MahaRERA certificate issued for the realty project.
MahaRERA has taken several measures, including the introduction of Standardised Agreement for Sale, mentioning parking slot dimensions, and providing a list of amenities and facilities to be provided along with their delivery timelines.
