The new certificates will be displayed at the project site and on the project’s website. They will also be linked to the project’s registration number on the MahaRERA website and will be accessible via a QR code in advertisements.
MahaRERA has introduced measures such as a Standardised Agreement for Sale, standardised allotment letters, and mandatory disclosure of parking slot dimensions and amenities with delivery timelines. These measures have set new benchmarks in real estate regulation.
