The hybrid hearing system was implemented by MahaRERA from August 18, 2025, in line with the directions of the Bombay High Court.
Parties seeking a physical hearing must submit a written request through their login on the MahaRERA portal.
Mentions of matters, including complaints and non-compliance applications, can be made both physically and virtually at the beginning and end of every session of the bench concerned with MahaRERA.
All orders passed by MahaRERA will carry a date and time stamp and will be accessible on the authority’s official website.
