MahaRERA Reverts to Old Website Amid Technical Glitches on MahaCRITI
Real Estate Mumbai:The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has decided to revert to its old website temporarily due to various challenges faced by stakeholders, including homebuyers, developers, promoters, agents, and others, while using the new MahaCRITI website. The technical glitches on the MahaCRITI website were severely hampering MahaRERA's ability to service its end-users, resulting in delays in availing of services.

To address this issue, MahaRERA Chairman Manoj Saunik held a review meeting with all concerned parties. Considering the festive season of Diwali and Dussehra, which witnesses a significant increase in transactions such as registration of new homes, purchase of new houses, and launch of new housing projects, Saunik instructed that the old website,

MahaIT, be restored starting from midnight of October 5, 2024. As a result, the Maha IT-operated website, which was functional prior to August 31, 2024, will be reactivated, and all stakeholders are advised to use this website for all MahaRERA services. MahaRERA urges all stakeholders to take note of this update and cooperate with the Authority.
