MahaRERA switched back to its old website due to technical glitches on the new MahaCRITI website, which were causing delays in services for homebuyers, developers, and other stakeholders.
MahaCRITI is the new website launched by MahaRERA, which was intended to provide improved services to stakeholders. However, it has been experiencing technical glitches.
The old website, MahaIT, will be reactivated starting from midnight of October 5, 2024, and will remain active until further notice.
All MahaRERA services will be available on the old website, including registration of new homes, purchase of new houses, and launch of new housing projects.
MahaRERA urges all stakeholders to take note of this update and cooperate with the Authority by using the old website for all MahaRERA services.
