MahaRERA to Introduce New Website MahaCRITI: A Game-Changer for Real Estate Stakeholders

By GeoSquare News Desk · Published 2024-08-26

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is gearing up to launch a new website, MahaCRITI, which is designed to provide a seamless experience for all real estate stakeholders. To ensure a smooth transition, MahaRERA will conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for stakeholders, including project promoters, developers, Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs), agents, complainants, advocates, and MahaRERA staff.

The training sessions, scheduled for August 29, 30, and September 1, will be held at MahaRERA's head office in Bandra-Kurla Complex. Additionally, video demos of the training will be made available on MahaRERA's portal.

The new system, MahaCRITI, is set to go live on September 1 and promises to significantly enhance the user experience for all stakeholders. It offers a truly integrated system with a single source of truth, ensuring that data captured at one point is consistently used across the platform.

Developers, promoters, and their self-regulatory bodies will be guided on how to use the website effectively for routine tasks such as registration of new housing projects, corrections, extensions, quarterly progress reports, annual progress reports, and project completion Form 4.

Real estate agents will also benefit from the training, which will cover registration, corrections, regular updation, and renewal. The stakeholders will also be assisted to resolve any problems they face.
