The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is set to launch a new website called MahaCRITI, which aims to make it easier for stakeholders to navigate and use the platform.

MahaCRITI is the next generation integrated enterprise-wide comprehensive IT solution, incorporating business intelligence and data analytics for all the regulatory and complaint management functions.
The training sessions are designed to guide and assist stakeholders in using the new MahaCRITI website effectively and to resolve any problems they may face.
All real estate stakeholders, including project promoters, developers, their Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs), agents, complainants, advocates, and MahaRERA's staff are eligible to attend the training sessions.
The training sessions will be held on August 29, 30, and September 1 at MahaRERA's head office in Bandra-Kurla Complex.
The training module will cover topics such as complaint registration and its further process, registration of new housing projects, corrections, extensions as per requirement, quarterly progress reports, annual progress reports, and project completion Form 4.
