MahaCRITI is an advanced, integrated enterprise-wide IT solution featuring business intelligence and data analytics for all regulatory and complaint management functions.
Features include personalized dashboards, system-driven reminders, and notifications, transforming processes such as progress reports, compliance, and complaint management.
Stakeholders such as project promoters, developers, Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs), agents, complainants, advocates, etc. are encouraged to participate.
The training sessions aim to guide and assist stakeholders in using the new system, resolving any issues they may encounter, and facilitating a seamless transition.
Training will begin on August 29, 30 and September 01 at the MahaRERA head office in Bandra-Kurla Complex.
