MahaRERA Unveils New Web Portal for Enhanced User Experience
Real Estate Pune:The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is set to launch a new web portal on September 1, with the aim of improving user experience for both homebuyers and developers. The existing website will be inaccessible to promoters and agents from August 14 to August 31, during which time homebuyers will need to file complaints manually.

The new portal, MahaCRITI, has been revamped with useful features such as enhanced user experience, data analytics, and personalised dashboards. Chairman of MahaRERA, Ajoy Mehta, stated that the increasing digital traffic on the website necessitated the upgrade. He added that the new website will cater to the needs of all stakeholders.

The new system will enable homebuyers to easily register complaints and access project information, including the current status. Artificial intelligence-backed chatbots and a mobile application will provide real-time assistance. The features of the mobile application and AI-driven chatbots will likely further increase traffic on MahaRERA’s website.

Since the existing website is almost seven years old, the updates were deemed necessary. The new portal will ensure a seamless experience for users.

Homebuyers will benefit from the new system, which will make it easier to access project information and register complaints. On the other hand, developers will appreciate the improved platform, which will aid in improving their visibility and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The transition to the new portal may cause temporary disruptions in services, but online hearings of complaints will continue uninterrupted. This indicates that MahaRERA is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for its users.

The authority’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction is evident from the revamping of the portal. With its efforts to maintain a strong online presence, MahaRERA is well-equipped to provide quality services to its users.
