MahaRERA Upgrades Maha-CRITI Portal: A Game-Changer for Real Estate Stakeholders
Real Estate Pune:The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is all set to launch its revamped Maha-Complaint and Regulatory Integrated Technology Implementation (Maha-CRITI) portal. The new and improved platform promises to offer a superior user experience, leveraging advanced data analytics and personalized dashboards to cater to the evolving needs of its users.

The MahaRERA website serves as a hub for various activities, including project registrations, renewals, rectifications, agent registrations, and the handling of homebuyer complaints. The revamped portal aims to make these processes more efficient and user-friendly.

During the transition to the new system, MahaRERA's website will experience downtime for promoters and agents, starting from midnight on August 13th until midnight on August 31st. The newly upgraded site is scheduled to go live at midnight on August 31st. While the system is being migrated, homebuyers will need to submit applications manually between August 20th and August 31st. However, online complaint hearings will continue without interruption.

Promoters and agents are advised to complete any pending applications by August 13th, as the site will not process new applications during the migration period. Only applications submitted before the August 13th deadline will be processed by MahaRERA officials.

The system upgrade is a significant overhaul of the existing platform, which has been in use for over seven years. The new Maha-CRITI portal is designed to be more user-friendly, incorporating advanced features such as business intelligence, data analytics, and personalized dashboards. These enhancements aim to improve the speed, efficiency, and overall convenience of the platform.

From August 31st, all regulatory and complaint management functions will be managed through this next-generation integrated IT solution. The new system is intended to streamline operations by ensuring that data entered once is consistently used across the platform. Additionally, the portal will offer system-driven reminders, notifications, compliance reports, quarterly progress updates, and a robust complaint management system.

For the first time, MahaRERA will introduce mobile applications and AI-driven chatbots, offering real-time assistance to users, making the platform more comprehensive and effective for all stakeholders.
