Over 50,000 agents are registered with MahaRERA, including agents from various cities across India.
The Mumbai Suburban district has the highest number of registered agents with 8,365, followed by Pune district with 7,931 and Thane district with 6,760 agents.
Agents from other states register with MahaRERA to tap into the lucrative real estate market in Maharashtra, particularly in Mumbai and Pune, where the sector is highly active.
Out of the 50,673 registered agents, 31,980 are currently active, while 18,693 have been de-registered for various reasons.
