MahaRERA issued lapsed project notices to developers whose projects had been delayed beyond their stipulated completion dates. The aim was to ensure that developers adhere to the guidelines and take corrective actions to complete their projects.
Over 5300 developers have responded to the lapsed project notices issued by MahaRERA.
Developers who have responded to the notices are required to submit detailed project completion timelines and action plans. MahaRERA will review these plans and ensure that they are feasible and practical.
