The legal notice is about Mahesh Babu allegedly endorsing a fraudulent real estate project that scammed buyers of ₹34.8 lakh.
The other respondents in the case are Sai Surya Developers and its owner, Kancherla Satish Chandra Gupta.
The builder allegedly refunded ₹15 lakh in parts but left a significant amount unpaid.
So far, Mahesh Babu has not publicly responded to the allegations.
In April 2025, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued a notice to Mahesh Babu in connection with a suspected money laundering case involving the same real estate firm.
