Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has acquired a 13.46-acre land parcel in the Nande-Mahalunge area near Pune.
The estimated development potential of the acquired land is ₹3500 crore.
The land parcel is strategically located and offers quick access to Hinjewadi, surrounded by well-developed social infrastructure, including top educational institutes. It is also equidistant from Baner-Balewadi and Hinjewadi, which are major IT and BFSI hubs in Pune.
Mahindra Lifespace has also announced its selection as the preferred partner for the redevelopment of four residential societies in the Malad West area of Mumbai, with a development potential of ₹800 crore.
