Mahindra Lifespace aims to generate Rs 12 billion from the two major redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
The two projects are located in the suburbs of Andheri and Bandra in Mumbai.
The estimated cost of the two projects is Rs 10 billion.
Mahindra Lifespace will use energy-efficient materials, rainwater harvesting systems, and solar power installations to ensure the projects meet high environmental standards.
The estimated completion date for both projects is 2027.
