The two housing societies are located in the Diamond Garden area of Chembur, Mumbai.
The key advantages include proximity to the Eastern Freeway, the upcoming Diamond Garden Metro Station, Monorail services, and established rail links. The area is also close to prominent business hubs like BKC and Powai.
The focus of the redevelopment project is to deliver modern, well-planned homes with sustainability at the core, offering residents upgraded amenities and improved connectivity.
