Man Infraconstruction's subsidiary, Admire 1250 LLC, has acquired 15.385% ownership in 1250 JV LP, a real estate joint venture based in Delaware, United States.
Admire 1250 LLC, a subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction, made an initial capital contribution of $10 million or ₹83,50,00,000 to the joint venture.
Man Infraconstruction shares closed 2.27% lower at ₹157.40 after the last stock market session. The shares have given more than 748% returns over the past five years, but have lost over 19% in the last year.
The market capitalisation of Man Infraconstruction stood at ₹6,057.05 as of the stock market close on Friday, 29 August 2025.
