The CAM team advised on various aspects of the project, including the framework for sale of units and subsequent maintenance of common areas in applicable real estate projects across India, with a focus on projects in Haryana. They also undertook title investigation of the land parcels forming part of the project and advised Marriott on related aspects from time to time on the overall structure of the project.
Furthermore, the team prepared and negotiated sophisticated transaction documents relating to licensing of marks and management in connection with the proposed residences project. The project is being developed by Whiteland Corporation Private Limited and proposed to be managed by Marriott post completion.
