Max Estates has acquired a 7.25-acre land parcel in Sector-59, Gurugram.
The new project in Sector-59 is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs 3,000 crore.
This acquisition elevates Max Estates’ overall GDV pipeline from Rs 14,000 crore to over Rs 17,000 crore.
The land in Sector-59 has a development potential of 1.3 million sq. ft.
Max Estates has several significant projects in NCR, including the Estate 360 project on Dwarka Expressway and an upcoming 18.23-acre project with a development potential of around four million sq. ft. and a GDV of Rs 9,000 crore.
