These projects are expected to double the company’s annual revenue over the next 7-8 years, as announced by a senior official. The company recently unveiled a new brand identity, signaling a fresh phase of growth and expansion.

Speaking at a press conference, Merlin Group's Managing Director, Saket Mohta, said, “We have been growing steadily for the past 40 years. The group is currently developing 40 million square feet of real estate, which is projected to yield a total sales value of Rs 20,000 crore in the coming 7-8 years.” The company’s current annual revenue stands at about Rs 1,500 crore.

Merlin Group has a rich history of developing luxury residential complexes, commercial spaces, and sustainable townships across multiple cities. Over the last four decades, they have executed a cumulative 20 million square feet of development. Currently, 30 million square feet of this total is under development in Kolkata and nearby areas, with the remaining 10 million square feet spread across other cities like Pune, Chennai, and Bhubaneswar.

Expanding into new markets is a key part of Merlin Group’s growth strategy. “We are focusing on Maharashtra as a major growth area, with Pune and Navi Mumbai as our target locations. We are actively scouting for land parcels there and several projects are already underway in Pune,” added Mohta.

The company is also making significant strides in the hospitality sector. One of their major projects is the eastern region's first World Trade Centre, which is expected to house a five-star property. This ambitious project underscores Merlin Group’s commitment to delivering premium real estate solutions and enhancing the urban landscape.

Chairman of Merlin Group, Sushil Mohta, emphasized the significance of the new brand identity. “As we expand nationally and globally, we remain dedicated to turning dreams into reality. This rebranding is more than just a fresh look; it represents our commitment to excellence and innovation,” he said.
