The recent housing lottery event was held on February 5, 2023.
2,147 affordable homes and 117 plots were up for grabs in the recent lottery.
According to Shinde, the transparent lottery system has increased public trust in MHADA, with over 31,000 applications received for the 2,147 houses in the current lottery.
