Pune, 21st July 2025: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has extended the deadline for the e-auction of commercial shops and office units to August 1, 2025, in response to growing interest. Additionally, MHADA is offering unsold residential units on a first-come, first-served basis and preparing for a new lottery for 2,500 housing units.

The new deadline for the e-auction of commercial shops and office units is 11:59 PM on August 1, 2025.
The e-auction includes 52 commercial shops and 28 office spaces spread across Pune, Solapur, Sangli, Satara, and Kolhapur districts.
Interested individuals can apply via the official portal at www.eauction.mhada.gov.in.
Unsold residential units, left vacant even after lotteries conducted under the 15% Social Housing Scheme and 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme, will be offered to general-category applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
MHADA is preparing to launch a new lottery scheme for around 2,500 residential units, and the process is already in progress.
