The flats are located in Vasai, Thane, Kulgaon, and Badlapur, while the 77 residential plots are situated in the Sindhudurg district.
The application period runs from July 14, 2025, to August 13, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
The entire lottery process is conducted digitally to ensure transparency, equal access, and procedural efficiency. No intermediaries are authorized.
