The purpose of the MHADA e-auction is to provide commercial spaces through a transparent, technology-driven process, while generating substantial revenue for the Pune Board.
The registration and application process for the e-auction began on June 24 and will end on July 15.
The e-auction will take place on July 17, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., via a computerized bidding system.
The commercial spaces are located in prominent areas like Pimpri-Waghire, Shirur in Pune, Abhay Nagar in Sangli, and SPA-1 in Solapur.
Winners are determined based on the highest bid received, provided it exceeds the base price set by the MHADA Pune Board.
