According to officials, the e-auction aims to provide commercial spaces through a transparent, technology-driven process, while generating substantial revenue for the Pune Board.
The e-auction will take place on July 17, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., via a computerized bidding system. Only applicants who have completed the registration and document submission process will be eligible to participate. The results of the e-auction will be announced shortly after the bidding closes, with the official date of result declaration expected soon.
MHADA had earlier issued a public advertisement on June 21, inviting applications for this e-auction of non-residential units. The commercial spaces on offer include units as small as 21.42 sq ft in Mauje Mhalunge, Pune, and multiple 5-meter-wide shops across the listed districts.
