The purpose of the online registration is to allow eligible citizens to apply for the sale of 52 residential flats and 28 office spaces across various districts, including Pune, Solapur, Sangli, Satara, and Kolhapur. The process is transparent and follows the MHADA Act and Regulations.

Flats that remain vacant after the lottery under the 15% Social Housing Scheme and the 20% Inclusive Scheme will be distributed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. The registration process is ongoing at https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in.
The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0, announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is a scheme aimed at providing affordable housing to all. MHADA Pune will execute projects under this initiative, and interested beneficiaries should register on the unified portal at https://pmaymis.gov.in.
The entire distribution process is online and transparent. Approval letters are provided directly in the beneficiary’s login with the Deputy Chief Officer’s digital signature. No documents will be issued with a physical signature or stamp, ensuring a fully digital and secure process.
