The application period for the MHADA Pune Division flat lottery is from October 1, 2023, to October 15, 2023.
The lottery draw is scheduled to take place on November 1, 2023.
To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years old, have an annual income of ₹3 lakh for EWS and ₹6 lakh for LIG, be residents of Maharashtra, and have a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card.
Applicants must be residents of Maharashtra and should have a valid residency proof. Preference will be given to applicants who are employed in the Pune region.
The application fee is ₹500 for EWS and ₹1,000 for LIG categories. The fee can be paid online using net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.
