Real Estate Maharashtra:The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune has successfully conducted a computerized lottery for 4,850 flats, marking a significant milestone in providing affordable housing to citizens. The event, held on July 18, 2024, was presided over by Minister of Housing of Maharashtra, Atul Save, via video conferencing.

In attendance were Pune District Collector, Dr. Suhas Diwase, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MHADA, Anil Wankhede (via video conferencing), and members of the monitoring committee appointed by MHADA Pune, including Pramod Yadav, Deepak Nalawade, and Dhananjay Kulkarni.
