Moneytree Realty Expands to Mumbai and Pune, Eyes International Growth
Real Estate Pune:Moneytree Realty, a prominent real estate brokerage firm, is expanding its footprint to Pune and Mumbai, following a 30% growth in sales value in 2025. According to a senior executive, the company is on track to close the year with sales worth ₹1,000 crore. It has already established offices in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Pune, and is considering further expansion into Bengaluru and Dubai.

The real estate sector has shown stability this year, with prices remaining relatively stable, encouraging continued investment in both residential and commercial properties. Sachin Arora, founder of Moneytree Realty, commented, “After our success in NCR, we’ve moved to the western market, which has also seen several major launches. The sector has stabilised, and with prices in check, people continue to invest.”

Moneytree Realty has entered into exclusive partnerships to offer the best to its customers, a strategy it plans to continue across new geographies. Arora added, “We’ve entered into exclusive partnerships to offer the best to our customers, and we’ll continue to do so across geographies.”

Despite a 9% year-on-year dip in housing sales during July–September across the top seven cities, due to high prices and geopolitical tensions, the overall sector shows strong momentum. According to Anarock data, over 100,000 units were sold each quarter in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, 93,280 units were sold in January–March, 96,285 in April–June, and 97,080 in the current quarter, indicating some strain in the sector.

However, the total sales value increased by 14% from ₹1.33 lakh crore in Q3 2024 to ₹1.52 lakh crore in Q3 2025, signaling strong growth in the luxury and ultra-luxury segments. Shauzab Kazmi, director at Moneytree Realty, expressed optimism about the future, stating, “With the festive season ahead, many developers have lined up major launches, and investors are willing to pay for quality projects. We expect the momentum to pick up and sustain through next year.”

Moneytree Realty’s expansion into new markets and its focus on quality partnerships position it well to capitalize on the growing real estate market, both domestically and internationally.
