MSRDC is moving its head office to Dadar to allow Adani Realty to begin development on the prime sea-facing land parcel at Bandra Reclamation. This move is part of a larger development plan and follows a successful bidding process.
Adani Realty won the bid to develop the 22-acre plot at Bandra Reclamation, offering a revenue share of 22.79% to MSRDC, the highest among the bidders.
MSRDC's temporary office will be located at Kohinoor Square in Dadar, occupying the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd floors. Adani Realty will bear the lease cost during this period.
