The accused are Sattar Turak, 54, Aziz Turak, 50, and Farooq Turak, 53. They mistook the real estate agents for BMC informants, detained them, and brutally assaulted them by stripping them and giving electric shocks to their private parts.
The accused have been charged under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the IT Act, and the case is currently under investigation.
The case was registered on October 20, 2024, and the accused were remanded to two-day police custody. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are committed to bringing all those involved to justice.
